Had the ribs which were super tender, jalapeño cheddar sausage with a good heat, and coleslaw (my absolute favorite side and Parsons lived up to the hype), everything was delicious and I can’t wait to try more.
There has never been better BBQ in this area. I’ve been coming to parsons for years and their quality has never been anything less than spectacular. Lots of respect to their owner for always being friendly and presenting his passion for his food by always giving a high quality product.
Came to the food truck and ended up buying another platter bc it was so good!!! The coleslaw was excellent, and the pulled pork really hit the spot. Definitely will be coming back!!!
