Be prepared to wait over an hour on any weekend morning

Not possible to place your order through a person. They're charging highest prices ever and offering the least service ever.

The staff absolutely does not care to help you. I ordered my food and about 5 minutes later someone finally made it. The staff made it wrong and didn't seem to care. I asked for itto be fixed as I realized it was wrong right away. The staff member just walked away. Finally after asking for help another staff member finally fixed my one drink. My other drink was wrong as well. The staff takes no pride. They are not nice or courteous. It really is a shame because I spent a bunch of money and itwas wrong and gross.

The drive thru guy was so stingy with sugar packets. I order 4 creams 4 sugars and it always taste like no sugar is added therefore I need additional sugar to make my coffee. I’ve never experienced such animosity and resistance over sugar. As if I ordered inside there’s always a place take as much sugar as needed freely. What is the difference between handling a reasonable amount of sugar in drive thru compared to inside. Is this Dunkin’ going broke 😌 you know there’s something wrong when McDonalds is better in drive thru service compared to Dunkin’s. And they give out handful of sugars no hesitation

Waited for 7 minutes as staff talked amongst themselves, before the man in front of me asked if they had gotten his order. Only then did they started doing their job. Glad I was able to watch them, as they seemed clueless on how to make an iceed coffee for him and he had to correct them twice before even getting to the coffee. Which is very expensive and limited. This dunkin is not worth it.

Very disappointed in the quality of the service and food. I ordered bacon and it was cold, which I could have dealt with, but then had issues with a doughnut. My wife orders a doughnut and the person puts it in the bag upside down. This was one of those like she watched them did it and instantly fixed it before the chocolate frosting stuck to the bag.

The lack of attention to detail at this DD really surprises me. I would have felt GreatWolf would have added better oversight over them. It was a shame because most of the staff are great there and so friendly. Great wolf or someone please fix these little things, they add up.

This place should NOT have the DD name! My ice coffee tasted like car oil because they don’t allow you to add anything to it! How can you call yourself DD if you can’t and won’t allow customers to customize their order? No option to order in person, which is ridiculous. Go down the road, you will be much happier with the end product and overall cost.

You cannot order from your app, apart from the fact that they do not accept payments with it, if you want you must go and make your purchase with them yourself at their kiosks, but you will waste more time doing it and waiting in the long line if you go in rush hour during breakfast. 10-20 minutes or more depending on how many people are ordered. We went to the closest one 10 minutes away and without any problem using our app and gift cards.
This DD needs to be updated and accept payments with the app urgently.

Be careful ordering from the females at night time.On 2/08/2024 my in law comes in, orders at 7:50pm (they close at 8pm) an Ice Coffee.The cashier gives attitude, said "you shouldn't be able to order" then proceeds to make the Ice Coffee with Spoiled Milk, out of sight. We only realized this after closing when we start drinking it.Horrible people work at night, they throw out donuts before closing, all to go home early.This was a horrible place and I'd recommend going to Walmart and getting your own stuff and putting it in the fridge. At least it's cheaper and you don't have to get poisoned.

Very poor experience the order from screen had no option for croissant, there were to option for lattes what? Very confusing screen would take me 5 seconds to make an order took me 3 min to figure it out what they were trying to say in screen I don’t know who made the software but damn that must have been some waste of money. 10 ppl worked there no one takes order i was so confused. Not only but they ask for your first name last name and phone number in kiosk when you order which is very sketchy and unprofessional stealing my identity like that whats next ? I need to work for them to get a coffee or make my own coffee then pay them ? Looks like we aren’t getting a coffee unless we show a identification that is crazy boycotting this type business is a must. I am done with dunking donuts.
