Horrible service again this year. Waited 33 minutes for a coffee. Meanwhile others that ordered received their food and drinks before me. At 30 min I asked a lady Michelle for help as I waited 30 minutes. She gave me a hand signal as wait then went off to make more drinks. Dont expect good service here. Sad for being in a resort like this. This also isn't the first time it's happened.

Horrible service. They don't call your order or name then ignore you when you ask how do you know which bag is yours. The workers should look for a new job if they don't like theirs half them are miserable with nasty work attitude and the other are too busy joking with each other to actually do their job and put a donut in a bag

I came to great Wolfe lodge with my family. In the morning I decided to get my wife and I coffee and my kids donuts from dunkin. Busy vacation spot there was a long line, I’m ok with that. My problem with this dunkin was the fact I ordered an ice coffee and a frozen coffee. My ice coffee was ready in no time considering the line but my frozen coffee was no where to be seen. After about 15 minutes waiting for my other coffee I asked the lady making drinks that I’m still missing a frozen coffee. She said “ we are behind on drinks”. I noticed people that ordered after me getting all their drinks the difference being they were either hot or iced. My frozen coffee was still unmade sitting next to the machine. More time goes by more coffees are given out but mine. I tracked down a manager and got a refund. The problem with this Dunkin and why they were behind is because they made the easiest orders first no matter when they came in. They didn’t fully complete any order, they made the easiest item and handed it out ignoring harder orders

The prices are very ridiculous.Three coffees cost sixteen dollars. You have six employe But yet you Have to Use a kios To place your order i really dont understad why a preson cant take your order

I’m honestly disappointed in the service I received at this location.. I asked for a Latte - they said the latte machine is broken. I asked them for jelly on my bagel with cream cheese- they said they didn’t have jelly. The hash browns I got was burnt . Also you can’t use your reward points from the Dunkin’ Donuts app which I was looking forward to! I really pray this location gets their service together! A lot of people expect Dunkin’ Donuts to be good and this location ISN’T good at all!
The food was fine but really the kiosks are Terrible, I tried to have a black tea with no whipped cream but with milk but I can select more than 1 item

We got Dunkin’s TWICE. Both times our orders were messed up. The last time we didn’t get a coffee & didn’t know until we had already left. There’s no options to edit your drinks, some drinks they only have one option. The latte machine was broken. Overall a horrible experience. The employees don’t care and are too lazy to take orders so they send everyone to the kiosks.

No self-respecting parent would pay more and wait more here when you can drive less than 2 miles to a proper Dunkin (which is empty in the morning as it's in an outlet mall). If 2 miles is too far for you, .5 mile to the entrance is a gas station with fresh made wraps and bfast sandwiches.
