Be careful ordering from the females at night time.On 2/08/2024 my in law comes in, orders at 7:50pm (they close at 8pm) an Ice Coffee.The cashier gives attitude, said "you shouldn't be able to order" then proceeds to make the Ice Coffee with Spoiled Milk, out of sight. We only realized this after closing when we start drinking it.Horrible people work at night, they throw out donuts before closing, all to go home early.This was a horrible place and I'd recommend going to Walmart and getting your own stuff and putting it in the fridge. At least it's cheaper and you don't have to get poisoned.

Service and food decent Ordering is awful. I refuse to use the dumb ordering kiosk. I will not return because of this. Ordering face to face is faster with less problems 4 employees watched me order 2 coffees, wow not very productive

Very poor experience the order from screen had no option for croissant, there were to option for lattes what? Very confusing screen would take me 5 seconds to make an order took me 3 min to figure it out what they were trying to say in screen I don’t know who made the software but damn that must have been some waste of money. 10 ppl worked there no one takes order i was so confused. Not only but they ask for your first name last name and phone number in kiosk when you order which is very sketchy and unprofessional stealing my identity like that whats next ? I need to work for them to get a coffee or make my own coffee then pay them ? Looks like we aren’t getting a coffee unless we show a identification that is crazy boycotting this type business is a must. I am done with dunking donuts.

We ordered a breakfast sandwich it only had egg no meat it was terrible. we ordered hash Browns they looked terrible they tasted terrible. They were brown on the outside but raw potatoes on the inside. there were like 5 of them. the coffee was okay.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Dunkin. Waiting over 2 hours for my food, despite placing an order, reflects a serious lack of organization. The whole process was a chaotic mess, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Very nasty service the entire staff very disrespectful, they dont know how to treat their clients, they start arguing with you in front of other clients. Will not recommend to eat here or will recommend to have a better more professional

Paying a guy to walk around with a picture of a square telling scan telling you can't order verbally, and wait for the kiosks to be back up is fun.Do I get reimbursed if I use my data for your business? I went somewhere.
They can pay someone to tell you that you need to use a kiosk to place your order but not anyone to actually take your order. The kiosk order system doesn't work properly all of the time and it also doesn't provide the proper options to make your typical drinks. Placed order and stood at the cash register for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me even once. You'd be better off driving to the one down the street.

My goodness. Who had the terrible idea of putting these horrid kiosks up. They don’t work and they’re the only way to order. The employees are required to only take orders that come in from the kiosks and they’re the worst piece of technology.

It’s a typical DD with pretty mediocre coffee (can anyone explain how coffee from basic coffee machines across Europe taste so much better???). Probably you will be fine during the day when it’s empty but in am - it’s a mess, orders messed up, no clear indication where and what order done, everyone is angry- people place order via digital kiosks and then go figure out when/ where it’s ready and as the end it is still all wrong…otherwise it’s just a regular DD, they just need to figure out operations

Their kiosk system is the worst thing ever. It takes about 5 minutes just to ORDER a regular coffee, and then that's before the chaotic wait to pick it up. What a joke. Update: 15 minutes for them to pour brewed coffee into a cup.
