We did the dinner buffet and from the start waited about 20 mims to have an open table available. 15 mins we waited at the table for our waitress. The table had no silverware. At this point it was 8:25pm and it was closing at 9pm. We got up and served our selves, we found plaatic silverware and napkins. Served ourselves our drinks, then got caught and yelled at by a server. Mind you its a buffet so its all you can eat right? As people were being seated even after us, when it turned 9pm you would think the food and buffet would still be open until all the customers were feed and taken care of. No. The wokers came up at 9pm and cleared out all the remaining food for themselves in to go boxes. No joke. We didnt see a waitress for 25 minutes. If we hadnt served ourselves and had waited for drinks we would have never had any food. The cost for this. 33$ for adult and 16$ for child.... go accross the street and support local business

The staff is nice and friendly, the food was decent but im here on a busy time where stuff doesn’t sitBUT major issues overall poor experience and if it wasn’t over $100 (family 4) I’d say 3 stars but way too much. My water glass never was refilled so I was thirsty, got yelled out for self using the fountain machines but there was no one around to help and the lemonade they served was horrible (machine out of syrup) so I filled from other machine.Simple stuff - label the salad dressing we all poured what we thought was ranch and it was the liquid yogurt dressing the kids didn’t like.When people pay $100 for a meal have ability to have coffee. Dont sent me to Dunkin on site please. That place has own train wreck review for being run poorly.

Not worth what it cost. Meat is tough as shoe leather. Adult drinks mediocre at best. You would do better driving 4 min down 611 to a plaza with the WEIS market . There's a pizza shop and Chinese .

Kid-friendliness: it looks like a tree house I se and the horrible food is cut in small portions.

We bought the meal plan. They only have one “restaurant” open and it is buffet style for breakfast and dinner. The first dinner was quite good, but last night, the beef was dry and overcooked. It is a weird discombobulated collection of leftovers. They offer the same food every day. Today, the bagels are hard as rocks, the grits are cold and watery. So dissatisfied…there is no disclaimer about closed restaurants or the ugly renovation going on.

Horrible prepaid for the mealPlan I canceled half way thru. Breakfast was not horrible, but dinner was gross. Everything over cooked or undercooked. Staff was ok but I’m sure they serve better food in prisons in third world countries. Water park was good. Activity for kids is good but food is no. Unless it’s pizza or Dunkin don’t do it !!

Tasty food and lot of choices

Terrible customer serviceOrdered a drink without knowing it contained alcohol. One of the server asked for ID in aggressive tone without telling me why. The menu also didn't stated it contained alcohol. I asked the reason for ID check and refused to anser my question. After few arguments she told me that the drink contained alcohol. Hated the experience of getting yelled by a server infront of the whole customers. Expected chill vacation but got ruined.

we sat down to eat dinner for 2 adults at the buffet and let me tell u the server was terrible she brought my wife a unsweetened tea instead of pepsi and my wife almost threw up and when we tried to tell her the drink was wrong she was a r the table next to us talking to them for 15 minutes so i asked another server to replace the drink and that the other server gave her the wrong drink and the server who gave her the wrong drink heard me tell the other server that she didn’t even apologize! so we ate for about another 10 minutes and was disappointed with the food and wanted to leave and our server was still chatting with the table next to us we couldn’t leave until she brought us our bill and we clearly told her we wanted to leave so she said hold on i’ll get your bill rudely to us and took another 10 minutes to get our bill and slammed the bill and the pen in front of me and said i’ll take your card when your ready!!!! the server name is danielle fyi i usually tip 20 for good service and food so i didn’t leave a tip so she ran out after us asking for our receipt hoping we left her a tip lol i don’t tip for ignorant rude servers sorry and the food was terrible over cooked garbage and we paid 56.15 what a waste the water park was great though

The staff from greeting to bussing and service were "on point." Jonnie was very knowledgeable, kind and aware. Reading other reviews... this is a very kid friendly buffet with some parent friendly options. Food was good. If we wanted steak cooked to a different temperature al we had to do was ask. They had a live action pasta station, this was a nice touch and convenient way to "expand their offerings." Price is appropriate if you want buffet style dining, otherwise there are other options on property. They had mocktails for the kids. Someone put some thought in adding this upgrade for the kiddos, good awareness!

This is looser moose restaurant, I visit Great wolf lounge with my family and the restaurant is trash, please please don't bother to pay for restaurant. Horrible and very bad customer service. I wish there is negative 100 star.

Good food, small dinner menu but for price, epically if you get weekday meal package is definitely worth it

The food was terrible. We ate here on one night given the freezing temps outside. This was a mistake. The food was over cooked. Chicken was rock hard, rice was cooked to mush. Prime rib was bloody raw. Do yourself a favor and go to the restaurants down the street.
