We have been coming to GWL for years, but the quality has been declining. Breakfast was finer quality at stakehouse prices.

Staff was friendly but the food was awful and it cost $108.00 for 2 adults and 2 children. We went to longhorn the next night and for a 20 oz ribye and lobster tail, parmesan chicken, and 2 kids menu meals it was cheaper

Food was terrible. Went as a group of 6, 2 of the 6 were children one being free. Meal cost $193 dollars for some frozen box food because of the added 18 percent service fee for them to take your empty plates. Don’t waste your money!

Food was terrible, nothing had any flavor. Overpriced for what you get. Wait staff was pleasant. Would never go back

Our server Daisy did an amazing job accommodating for my son who has multiple allergies including egg and dairy. She went above and beyond to make sure my son's food was safe for him. :) we would definitely come back if our servers in the future are like her!

So the breakfast is average its good for what it is. The Dinner is Slop it’s way over priced and the food was bad. If your use to eating good food or real Italian food this isn’t the place for you especially for the price 4 adults and one kid was $200 and they include 18% gratuity and it’s self served buffet. lol make it make sense.

Cool atmosphere; good food. Even with the meal package (discount) the price is a bit high for the quality & selection on the buffet line. Considering that it is on site though, it is worth the cost if you prefer not to drive for any particular meal.

Vegetarian options: It’s a buffet and there are plenty of options.

I gave 5 star for the food as I’m not picky. But they charged service fee of 18% for 6 people for doing NOTHING! Sure we have a large group but two of them were under 3 year old! And what service did you provide to earn 18% tips? I got my own plate and picked my own food and brought back to my own desk. Waitress didn’t even serve water or anything. Seriously??

Tip felt excessive for what was 99% self service aside from a (albeit very sweet and energetic) ‘hostess’ brought garlic knots, salad, drinks, and the check. Despite that, dinner and dessert did include a variety of decent/tasty options (pizza, chicken nuggets, fries, hot and cold pastas, veggies, and other meats; cannolis, cookies, cream puffs, lemon bar tart, mini cheesecake, fruit, etc.)

Vegetarian options: Salad, hot pastas with different sauces, cold pastas with variety of veggies and pasta types, few plain veggie options (cheese and broccoli, green beans, roasted potatoes, fries)

Kid-friendliness: Right next to the wolf stage dance party for music and dancing

There are NOT a lot of options to choose from and the price per person is WAY too high. But the food was delicious and we love our Italian food! It's a serve yourself buffet yet we were charged a $61 tip included in our bill....

Its a 100% serve yourself buffet. Food quality was very poor. Options were poor.

Would never suggest this place to anyone. Chicken Alfredo Pasta was the worst dish I have ever had. For the price charged, quality was not up to the mark and took more than 45 mins to bring the food. My hunch is chef never tasted Italian food before :)

Given the price they ask for a meal, ide have to give it a low rating, expect dry and tough food, most of it is highly processed and if you are an adult eating at this restaurant for days, it will take a toll on you.

Pasta was either bland or undercooked, there was pork loin that was so dry, Ide have guessed it was a teenagers first attempt at cooking pork.

Toughest cut of beef used as a roast with absolutely no sauce to pair, terrible for the price.

If this was a 10$ all you can eat, ice give it a 3 starts.

The staff from greeting to bussing and service were "on point." Jonnie was very knowledgeable, kind and aware. Reading other reviews... this is a very kid friendly buffet with some parent friendly options. Food was good. If we wanted steak cooked to a different temperature al we had to do was ask. They had a live action pasta station, this was a nice touch and convenient way to "expand their offerings." Price is appropriate if you want buffet style dining, otherwise there are other options on property. They had mocktails for the kids. Someone put some thought in adding this upgrade for the kiddos, good awareness!
