Should you book them for your wedding: YES!!

They catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding and their team did INCREDIBLE! The two teams that worked my event took on any stress and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible and several of my guests spent time just chatting with some of their team members. Such a great experience!!!!

Carson’s catered for my wedding and did a fabulous job. The food was just as it tasted during the tasting and the service was fabulous. They are extremely accommodating and made all of our requests happen. They are great at communicating and answered all questions in a timely fashion. It’s family owned and operated and you feel that the minute you start working with them!

Carson’s catered our wedding in September. They did a fantastic job from the get go. The whole team was prompt, professional, and incredibly flexible. Food at the wedding was delicious and the portion sizes were great; we had plenty of leftover. Highly recommend them!
