Southwest Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken with onion straws, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and olives. Garnished with tortilla chips and served without southwest salad.

The Ultimate Steak & Wedge Salad

My husband & I used Carson’s for our wedding just a few weeks ago & they were nothing short of wonderful. The entire crew that worked my wedding were the sweetest people. The bartenders were phenomenal & so nice also. Everything your crews did to make my day easy & effortless was beyond my expectations. The shuttle driver was wonderful also! The food was incredible & we did not hear one bad remark about it. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I used Carson’s catering for our wedding. The service provided was SPECTACULAR. From booking to taste testing to the actual date of our wedding, communication was smooth. Carson’s provided glassware, silverware, AND linens in our package. Staff came a day early to help setup and were extremely friendly.
