Drove down with my mother from Clarks Summit at 12:30 to have lunch here. Was meeting a friend today for her birthday. Thought this would be a nice place to try. When we got there, it was locked up like a drum. And there was a sign that said closed. Even though it’s Tuesday and they’re supposed to be open from 9 to 4.

the beignets were slightly-cooked wads of raw dough.
A nice little friendly coffee shop with great coffee and the Beignets are out outstanding! Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10 all around!

I am a pastry chef who can never find a decent pastry shop. That changed today after tasting Kim's beignets! They are deserving of the moniker: pastry! God bless you Kim. And your product is worth waiting for..even with irregular hours of operation!
