We came here because of the office and it was such a good time. The atmosphere is so much fun. The food was great! There's also a cool "The Office" shop inside.

If you're an Office fanatic like me, Cooper's Seafood House in Scranton, PA is an absolute must-visit! But let me tell you, it's not just the Office-themed decor that makes this place a gem – it's the whole experience. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with an array of quirky cutouts and memorabilia that will make any pop culture enthusiast's heart skip a beat. But what sets Cooper's apart is its attention to detail and dedication to creating an immersive environment. Where else can you find Zoltar from the movie Big looming in one corner and themed bathrooms dedicated to Elvis and The Beatles? The Office-themed ambiance is what initially drew us in, but it's the overall atmosphere and attention to detail that kept us hooked. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious (try the seafood, you won't be disappointed), and the vibe is just unbeatable.Cooper's Seafood House is more than just a restaurant – it's a pop culture paradise.-Marisa Balletti-Lavoie

Cool place w an overpriced gift shop. Not worth getting martinis unless on a special night bc they’re around $12 each. The happy hour oysters aren’t very good either. Nice to check out but not stay long.

Food was just okay, and for the price of the meal was kind of expecting more. Definitely feels like they charge as much as they do since they're relevant for things like The Office. The gift shop was also fairly mediocre and was just the exact same stuff you can get at Walmart or any gift shop but at a more expensive price.Overall, I left disappointed with the only good thing being the service staff was friendly and helpful.Would not really recommend and won't be coming here again.Vegetarian options: A couple vegetarian dishesKid-friendliness: Few kid meal options

Slightly overrated food. Definitely overpriced. Consistent quality and food prep. Excellent staff in all positions. Awesome outdoor bar and patio seating. The decor is amazing and always gives you something to look at. They brew their own beer on site which is quite popular. Cooper's is a staple of Scranton.

Coopers is a great place if you stick to the basics. Their Manhattan Clam Chowder is fantastic. Their fish and chips is a hearty portion that is a main stay during Lent. The dining atmosphere is like enjoying a museum; the historic photos, the memorabilia make this a main stop if you’re visiting NEPA. The coconut shrimp is always a favorite. And the best part is, when the weather cooperates, being able to dine al fresco, a rarity for Scranton.Their sides are great, service is fast and courteous. Always a nice treat, whether delivery when the weather stinks or to dine on the patio when the sun is shining.Coopers is an icon. Enjoy it and treasure it.Parking: Never a problem except for the big holidays and local events
