Not thrilled that added flavor are no up charge but if I need an alternative to milk or cream( because both have sugar) I have an extra charge of .50!!!

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Carbondale is god awful they won’t make a drink with extra Matcha powder same thing with the one across from the Viewmont Mall mall in Dickson city and they also are very ignorant there and also the one in iron in Pennsylvania Pennsylvania The only really good Dunkin’ Donuts that makes your drink anyway you want an actually makes it correct and even if they mess it up they will fix it and make it anyway you ask is in Honesdale Pennsylvania
I had one issue with an on the go order that wasn't ready when I arrived. I was apologized to over and over and my coffee was free.
this is my usual dunkin and ALWAYS has GREAT service and FRIENDLY staff.
