We ordered takeout. I specified the time to pick order up and when I got there at that time the food was cold. Boneless chicken bites were overcooked, dry & sauceless. Fish tasted like it was frozen “Gordon’s” (Looked nothing like the picture online), I also ordered and payed for extra tartar sauce and beer cheese sauce with the fries which I didn’t get. Farr St Burger was cold and meat was dry and didn’t come with the beer cheese or cheddar cheese I ordered. I also ordered and payed for my fries to be replaced with onion rings, which I didn’t get. It was also EXPENSIVE & I tipped! I’m a local and don't normally complain but for the price, I expected much more!!

We usually really enjoy the food here, so this was a disappointing experience. I ordered chicken tenders with what was listed online as thick cut brioche, and even paid extra for it. I also clarified at ordering that it was the sliced brioche shown on the chicken club, and was told yes. When we got home, it turned out to be a standard seedless bun, which wasn’t sweet and didn’t match what was advertised for the club. When I called to ask about it, I was told that their brioche is only a bun and that the sliced bread option is Texas toast — which may be true, but that distinction isn’t clear online or at ordering. If the menu has changed, it would really help to update the listing so customers know exactly what they’re getting. I just wish expectations had been clearer, especially since I paid extra.

Today was my first time having some great food from this great place. The fish and chips was great and my husband and son enjoyed the Farr St Burgers. I would definitely recommend. Stepping into this place , I loved the ambiance. Server was a very nice gentleman, foods great. Thanks for dinner guys. Hot and delicious. 10 outta 10... 👌👌👌

first time here this past Saturday for Lunch, the place is spotless, great waitress and service. had the pulled pork sandwich (being a BBQ pitmaster) I really enjoyed it! My wife had the burger sliders - VERY GOOD AS WELL

I1st time there. I went to watch the Ny Giants game. The bar was very nice. Not a huge place but somehow they do have good amount of table or bar seating. I had the mac and cheese, it was great.

It was 91 degrees outside with a heat advisory and they still had all the doors opened and NO AIR CONDITIONING ON. Food is nothing to write home about and prices are high. It was the first time and certainly the last time I will be there.

I am only saying the atmosphere the night I was there was nice but very very uncomfortable. We went there with knowledge there is outdoor seating but wanted to eat inside with air conditioning. We couldn't enjoy our get together because all of the big doors were open. On a nice night this is a great feature however we have been in a "heat advisory ".... why weren't doors closed for the customers comfort??!! Only not recommending it on hot summer nights...especially with heat advisory.
