The Donkey Reviews
Don’t get me wrong the food was good but the service sucked the manager was ignorant when I brought up about horrible service , he didn’t care , his attitude was ok I’m down a person I don’t work the kitchen, then he tried taking my change with my bill, definitely won’t return 😬 food took almost 2 hours for 2 orders of bone in wings , 3 orders of fries and 2 boneless bites😬 don’t go if you’re hungry because you’ll be waiting for hours
It’s been a very long time since the last time I’ve been here. The wings were as good as I remembered. Definitely suggest you try the teriyaki, hot and the tangy mustard bbq flavored wings.

**The Donkey** is a recently renovated dive bar under new management that brings back the original wing recipe. The wings are described as the best wings some have had in their life, with perfect crisp, plenty of sauce, and excellent chicken quality. The Mule sauce is highly recommended. The wings come out consistent and spot on, even when ordered extra crispy. The menu is not expansive, but the fries are excellent and the fried pickles with homemade spicy ranch are also a highlight. The service is great, with a bartender named John who makes a perfect donkey martini. The owner, Tim, is described as very friendly, outgoing, and welcoming, attending to every customer. One couple was even given specialty drinks on the house for their anniversary. The interior is freshly redone and family-friendly. The only negative mentioned is the cost to add salt and pepper to fries. Overall, this is a great spot for wings the way they used to be, with a small but delicious menu and a welcoming atmosphere.
