The ice cream there was really nice a kid there served me I think there name was moontazser orsomething he is really kind he a well presented man. Just trying to live out in the world he gets a 10/10 from me, love yall mannings ❤️

I visited this place it was very clean this very nice and polite kid served me I think his name was montzer or something but he was really kind and respectful one of the best employees out there 10/10 for service 10/10 for cleaning 10/10 for how good the ice cream taste thanks Mannings ❤️

Service was polite. Apple parking. Ice cream was ok. Apple crisp was too sweet. Enjoyed the butter pecan ice cream. I will visit again for strawberry ice cream & blueberry cheese cake yogurt which I tried samples during this visit.

Great red burrdgny ice cream

I absolutely love their chocolate chip! And if you buy a half gallon, it's like going for ice cream on a summer night in your own home!!
Bonus: their half gallons are ACTUAL half gallons. Not that 1.5 quart crap you find in the supermarkets. And so reasonably priced.
One more thing. You can't beat their customer service. Quick and friendly.

My review is for THIS location only - West Side Scranton. The inside was very dirty - ice cream spilled on the floor where customers would sit, tables and chairs needed to be wiped down -used napkins and dripped ice cream over the table tops. There was only one customer ahead of us with at least 3 employees so one employee could have been spared to clean the messes. We walked out without ordering and went to the Meadow Ave store which was VERY CLEAN and loaded with customers. Connect the dots.

My favorite ice creams

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience. The chocolate milk offered was exceptionally delightful; however, I noticed that the store could benefit from improved cleanliness. Additionally, the staff member at the counter appeared to be preoccupied with her phone during my visit, which may not convey the professionalism desired in a customer service setting. Thank you for considering this input.

Parking: The parking is extremely tight with limited spaces available and I didn’t see any handicapped parking at all
