We follow some NEPA eatery pages and hot wing groups to find good places for my husband and I to get wings! We had Haggerty's wings for the first time yesterday and they were hands down the best wings I've ever had. They were perfectly cooked crispy wings and delicious sauce, perfect blue cheese and crunchy (not wilted) celery! They won us over and we will definitely be back for some hot wings! Been there many many times in the past, never had their food. I gotta say these wings are by far the best wings I’ve EVER had!!
Mas a life long west sided I “know” what Haggerty’s wings taste like. I “know” what to expect in this long standing establishment.
As I sit here enjoying some hot garlic here is some “perspective” from a long time fan.
Over the years HAGGS has become a really awesome hidden gem right in the middle of west side. The interior has had some really notable and really noticeable updates making it comfortable and welcoming to all ages and most crowds.

Haggerty's Tavern is one of the best wing bars in town. The wings are hands down the best, perfectly cooked crispy wings with delicious sauce, perfect blue cheese and crunchy (not wilted) celery. The Desarno sauce on wings or bites is soo good. The food is fabulous, including the jalapeños burger, the rodeo burger, and the invader which is Cajun chicken with crumbled bacon & blue cheese with a side of special sauce. The special sauce is amazing. Also had very good chili cheese fries and fantastic cheesesteaks. Fresh cut fries are a must. The staff is friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The atmosphere is inviting and the bar is a nice place to watch the game. Draft lines are always squeaky clean and beers are served ice cold. Haggerty's is highly recommended and a winner.
