All 3 ladies I encountered were very mean. They make the air feel thick and give you the feeling as if you are unwanted. Life must be tough

Have gone here since I was in preschool and they used to have great customer service and food. My experience today was not great whatsoever. The girl who took my call was extremely rude and when I got there to pick up my order she slammed the hoagies down on the counter. The other women did not seem to care. Will not be returning unfortunately.

I used to go here all my high school friends worked here the hoagies was good I went the other day got 5 hoagies I asked for mayonnaise dressing oregano no capicola meat so I asked for extra meat I come from 1hour away to this place I get home and there was no mayonnaise no dressing one slice of ham one slice of salami and cheese I'm done wasting gas and money it's sad because I liked this place since I was little smh

Very rude and unprofessional personnel, no one here greets you with a smile, the women have a very bad attitude and they make you feel unwelcomed. I gave it a second chance. And both times they disappointed me. The pizza taste like cardboard. I do not recommend this place to anybody. 0 stars for me.

Ordered a bunch of hoagies, pizza and a stromboli for a party and only when we went to pick it up were we told they were out of meatballs for a meatball parm hoagie. When asked we weren’t notified to pick another hoagie and there was no response. The attitude in general was awful. Chose this place off of a family recommendation and certainly won’t be returning.
really good food! i'm a local to dickson city and always love having roseanna's! they have a variety of pizzas, pastas, hoagies, everything you could want. really nice area inside to sit with some benches outside. lots of parking space and super easy to find.

The service by Jessie was exceptional. The pizza was undercooked and bland. The cheesesteak was absolutely disgusting and small. I see other reviews where customers claim the prices are reasonable. I paid $22.50 for a bunch of garbage so to me that's expensive.
