Sake Japanese is a hidden gem with delicious food and prompt service. While it may be tricky to find, the small parking lot in the back is a plus. The vegetarian options like the Sweet Potato Roll and Oshinko Roll are tasty, but be cautious of random roe in the rice. The Out of Control Roll is a favorite, with great textures and indulgent flavors. The owner is attentive, and the sushi is beautifully presented. While indoor dining is currently unavailable, the boyfriend enjoys the sushi, and the stir fry is also a hit. Once indoor dining is back, this spot in Scranton is worth another visit.
