It Is the freshest, and best tasting sushi In eastern PA. The prices don't reflect the quality of the ingredients and the hospitality you receive is unlike no other. Love it there! You won't regret trying it.
Always love ordering from here. Rolls are delicious and they don't take forever.
The sushi here is phenomenal, for 20$ all you can eat sushi for lunch, or a bigger menu for dinner costing 30$ is absurd. For the price I thought the quality of the food would be lacking, but it is not. The sushi and other menu items have never disappointed me, they have always been amazing.

Sake Japanese is a hidden gem with delicious food and prompt service. It may be tricky to find, but the small parking lot in the back is a plus. The restaurant has recently introduced an all-you-can-eat option, which has been well-received by customers. They enjoy the fresh food, especially the Out of Control Roll, which is a favorite for its great textures and indulgent flavors. The vegetarian options like the Sweet Potato Roll and Oshinko Roll are still tasty, though diners should be cautious of random roe in the rice. The owner is attentive, and the sushi is beautifully presented. Although indoor dining is currently unavailable, the atmosphere is calm with spa music playing, and the servers are friendly and helpful. The hibachi is also amazing, and the service is great. This spot in Scranton is definitely worth a visit, especially once indoor dining returns.
