Absolutely fabulous! This is a family run business and everything is home made. You can taste the difference even in the hummus. The very sweet couple that own the restaurant prepare all home made dishes. The meats are the best quality. Better beef and lamb than any restaurant from Scranton to NYC. It is clear that they have passion and love for what they produce as this is evident in every dish. We have been dining at Savory Maza for over 10 years. We love this place. There are very few places that know how to make good hoummus. Savory Maza is authentic Lebanese food. We have been frequenting this establishment for many years. Always consistently prepared, friendly service and delicious. Our go ‘Tis are the chicken shawarma, hoummus, meat pies, grape leaves, lamb kabob, kafta pie, kibbee balls, savory pie. There’s no bad choice here! Everything is terrific!
