We love this place. There are very few places that know how to make good hoummus. Savory Maza is authentic Lebanese food. We have been frequenting this establishment for many years. Always consistently prepared, friendly service and delicious. Our go ‘Tis are the chicken shawarma, hoummus, meat pies, grape leaves, lamb kabob, kafta pie, kibbee balls, savory pie. There’s no bad choice here! Everything is terrific!

Savory Maza NEVER disappoints. This food is homemade with love. I cannot say enough about how consistently delicious it is. Owners treat customers like family. Don’t be afraid to try new things because everything is delicious ?
The food here is just incredible. Everything is prepared with care, with quality ingredients. We grew up eating Lebanese food and this place is almost as good as eating at mom’s!
Absolutely fabulous! This is a family run business and everything is home made. You can taste the difference even in the hummus. The very sweet couple that own the restaurant prepare all home made dishes. The meats are the best quality. Better beef and lamb than any restaurant from Scranton to NYC. It is clear that they have passion and love for what they produce as this is evident in every dish. We have been dining at Savory Maza for over 10 years. We live 50 miles from Scranton in the Poconos and yes drive all that way for their delicious takeaway dinners. Yesterday I ordered for 2 families. Mine and close friends who also love their food. I have family in Scranton and Wilkesbarre who also enjoy their Lebonese delicacies. In the Poconos there are no Lebonese restaurants. I feel blessed to have found such a good one close by. There is are no Lebonese restaurants in Stroudsburg or Allentown that comes close to the quality and flavors that Savory Maza produce. It's all takeaway and you will not be disappointed! We ordered Tour of Lebanon which was large enough for both of us for dinner. Of course right now they are take out only. Because the owner said they need help in the kitchen. All their food is hand made so it entails a lot of work. Parking is on the street.
