Pretty run down hole in the wall vibe. The walnut shrimp was as expected. Would go again but ordering to go is preferred.
Best place in Scranton!! They do t use any old food, they never dry out their chicken. Many people say it reminds them of NYC. They also are the only ones around that do half chickens. If you get a chance, buy from TinTin Restaurant!! Won't regret it !
