Yesterday while at the mall, my niece and I were looking for lunch. She insisted on chicken and the kind woman at Uncle Bill’s helped us with a delicious lunch for her! I had Brisket, Collard Greens and we shared the Mac and Cheese. Everything was amazing! The food was great, but what always makes it for me is the people.
