Excellent takeout, everything from pizza to gyros. Many vegetarian options. Somehow their fries are crispy even after being in a styrofoam container. Highly recommend

We visited Novello’s for the first time today, and we absolutely loved it! The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and we couldn’t get over how fresh the hoagie buns were! Every bite was a treat. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving it a try! We had the Italian hoagie and turkey hoagie.

First time trying the place out. Got a plain slice and a Sicily hoagie; both were excellent t! Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back again.

If you're into New York pizza as much as I am, Novello's is THE place to go!
Old Forge pizza is highly overrated and pales in comparison to Novello's in Scranton!
To me, the sauce is the most important ingredient in any pizza, and the sauce at Novello's is as close to perfection as it gets. I understand that Gio, the owner, has been perfecting pizza sauce since the age of 11, and the quality speaks for itself.
Besides pizza, Novello's offers a full menu for lunch or dinner.
The staff is friendly, energetic, and courteous, and their positive behaviour is an asset to any business.
The waitress, Kristin, always brightens my day every time I visit.
New York style pizza lovers, do yourself a favour and stop by this awesome restaurant. You'll be happy you did!

was in there for lunch on Friday of last week. the seever tried to give me soda out of the fountain that knew it was just about gone. then she gave me cans of soda that expired. finally she gave us bottles of soda. when she finally came back to the table she never put in our pizza order. it took well over 45 minutes to get our food. my friend asked to talk to the owner but he never came out. thats why im writing this. was not happy. probably will not return

The pizza here brought me back to New york Style. The cheese wasn't running off the plate. The sauce was on point ? If I had 4 arms, I would have 4 thumbs up ????

Great food! So glad someone told me about this place. Their chicken roll!! Phenomenal! Pizza is consistent and on point! Their stuffed pizzas too. I get chicken and bacon and it is soo good! Always nice on the phone and fast delivery. Great customer service!
