Went thru the drive thru on 11/20/24. We ordered 2 med coffees with cream. Got home and noticed that they put caramel swirl in our coffees instead of cream. I guess I should have checked before pulling away. We DO NOT like anything sweet in our coffees, so they both got poured in the sink. I'm very disappointed 😞. Guess I will not go back.

The young man at the counter was too busy chumming it up with a lady instead of taking orders for people in line…. $20 for two drinks-NOT TODAY THE 7 people working behind the counter will have a light day with walk-in’s with his lack of customer service & sense of urgency….

The drive through has 2 lines that converge into one. We have been for 30 minutes waiting to order. Still haven't gotten there. The way the lane we are in was set up does not allow you to ditch. Looks like the lane inside is almost out the door. They may be understaffed but the way the drive through is set up is ridiculous. Edit:50 minutes to get our order. We would have left but couldn't. They need to make only 1 lane

Bad experience. Me and a friend ordered on the app and did drive through pick up and i was sitting in the drive through line for at least 20 minutes until i moved. When i did move someone cut me off on the side drive through lane (how is that fair?) who was probably waiting for a minute or two. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes so i left the line and went inside where i got my order in a few minutes. When my friend got her order it was completely wrong. What a joke.

I would rate this place a zero start if i could… My entire order was basically wrong they mixed up everything. We ordered sandwiches and they didn’t give us any. They were out of everything we ordered. The drive thru worker was also super miserable for no reason. I will not come back here.

Won't ever go here again!! 15 minute wait for 2 caramel macchiato!! There was about 20 people standing around waiting for there orders, half our order went with someone who came in after us! The miserable guy behind the counter says "I have no control over when the latte's go out"....what??? You have #'s on the receipts. Manager hiding in the back, when she should of been in the front helping out with the orders, finally comes out says sorry and nothing else, she needs to be fired or retrained and taught not to be hiding in the back with the other guy! All of them were miserable, kid rolls his eyes after I ask for a manager, unreal. This is your job, to make coffee, find another job if you're that unhappy. AND after all that crap, they forgot the caramel.?
Overall a great place decent prices great workers and the food is amazing
