Most ridiculous place ever. We waited 1 hour for our food. Thank God my husband took the kid to school and then came back for me. So the kid goes to school without a decent breakfast. I had to get him a donut. This place is awful with customer service. The employees were very rude. And just to point out. The young polite child waiting for just a coffee that he ordered online waited an hour also. So we made conversation for the hour we were there. I will never go back there until they change the way they do things.

Stopped with my kids before school like we often do. However the iced coffee I ordered was not what I got. Label was correct but was the worst tasting coffee ever. Had to dump two drinks. Ordered an everything bagel and got a burnt sesame seed bagel. So disappointing.

Ordered a toasted bagel with egg and no cheese at drive through and discovered it not toasted with cheese. Not sure how they can screw that up but not coming back

Awful before noon only have 2 kinds of donuts and one in Sunbury only had 1 kind of donut.. TIME TO GET THE DONUTS.. up the inventory seriously

Egg and cheese sandwich was excellent and so was the coffee. Both were ready in just a few minutes. The only downside was the wet floor and mop and bucket in the middle of the dining area.
Went in for coffee and a donut until I saw the flies on the donuts

I paid $4 something to only get hash browns covered in very burnt bacon.. why on earth would anyone even serve this? Very unacceptable 😔

Do not come here , I usually try to be generous with workers, especially because I use to work at a dunkin and I understand the rush. However in a line with only three cars infront of me it took about 30 minutes. I don’t even know why I waited so long I should have left. By far the worst customer service and longest I’ve ever waited for a cup of coffee.
