My husband and I always liked going to Rita’s for a Custard Cone. The past two years now the sizes of the cones gets smaller but the prices keep going up. We always order a large cone and I might as well order a small or medium because that’s what you get every time anymore. We’ve gone back a few times this year thinking it might just be because the people are new or whatever but it never gets better they just keep getting smaller. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Strawberry is my favorite water ice. Unfortunately, it’s not on the menu all season and isn’t always available every week. I work long hours so I generally don’t make it to Rita’s until 6:30 pm or later. At least 3 times this season (probably 4) they’ve had Strawberry on the menu, however, by the time I make it there strawberry is sold out. I know that they use leftovers in combination flavors the following day so why not make more strawberry?...read full review
