Be careful on Sundays. Service was not so good. Food was excellent. Just have to have patience. Don’t expect refills or extra napkins even after we asked. I will go back because the food was good

Understaffed. I know it wasn’t totally the waiter’s fault, but we requested the pie and beverage combo. He entered it incorrectly, and then they were charging us $9 for two pieces of pie. I Absolutely understand the mistakes can happen. But if you can’t figure out simple math and how to re-ring a bill so the customer gets what he or she requested, that’s just bad business.

My family and I went for dinner on a Saturday evening. It wasn't overly crowded, and the atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. The food was great! All of the staff was friendly, and our waitress Kayleen was very nice, attentive, and funny. My kids really liked her.

Left feeling very sad to have witnessed an elderly couple be treated so horribly. The way the waitress spoke to this couple was so rude and downright mean. To hear this couple talk to each other about their treatment was heartbreaking. Every service worker has a bad day and shifts can be incredibly busy but this doesn’t justify speaking to people the way she did. What a horrible world this has become where 2 people can’t go out to dinner and not be faced with this kind of treatment, especially an older couple. I hope this couple was not celebrating a special occasion, or there because they felt lonely or worse-recently lost someone, because this waitress may have just made their day worse. The food was very good but I left feeling horrible. I won’t be back.

All around good food and service. Our waitress did a really good job. Our food was good, salad was very good. Order was correct. Our area needs more moderate priced dine in options and some renovations, updates, changes would make this location very busy 5 star option.

Parking: Adequate parking

Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter and be at the hostess station in 15 ft. No ramps railing or major obstacles. The entry doors not perfect.

Charged me double. Would not take my debit card without pin that I refused to put in. So I paid cash and it still charged my card.

Perkins was really good. We don't have Perkins in Rochester, New York. Maybe a few in New York state.
The food was great, the service was great.
I have the blueberries pancakes, eggs, and bacon great. Must find a Penkins.
