I wasn't going to post this review and let it go but after thinking long and hard I decided to post our experience. My Husband and I visited on the evening of June 3rd for a very rare date night. At first our service with Kandie was excellent. She was very attentive and polite. My Husband is a law enforcement officer and very humble, He never takes advantage of the discounts anywhere he goes. I told him with the 80 plus hours a week he puts in for our community for the last 20 years he should start using the discount. So he asks Kandie with his federal officer I.D. in hand about the discount. Immediately her demeanor and attitude changed. Her words were we should have told her before we ordered and she couldn't honor it. Nothing about talking to her Manager, nothing. We had no idea as there were no signs posted that we had to inform her ahead of time. We frequent here often and my Husband works hard to protect our community and our family sacrifices alot. The one time he decides to finally take advantage of a discount for law enforcement and he is treated like he is undeserving. Maybe you should post that your waitstaff needs to be informed ahead of time. After the incident, she drops off our check without asking if we would like anything else. No have a goodnight, nothing. Clearly she doesn't like law enforcement. Because up until that moment she was extremely pleasant. Despite this we still tipped a nice amount, although now I'm regretting it. We get one night a year for a date night dinner and with her attitude it soured what started as a good night. We won't be back. This is unacceptable behavior towards those who protect our community.

Ribeye steak is always good. Chili the right way: no beans!

The food is totally overpriced. My niece’s broccoli wasn’t even cooked. It was hard and cool in the middle. She ordered a steak and got raw broccoli. My daughter got a kid’s grilled chicken and was only offered one side, her broccoli was cooked thankfully however her chicken was cold. Cooked, but cold. It wasn’t worth the cost thankfully we had a kids eat free coupon. The chicken would’ve been good had it been warm.

A steakhouse that can’t cook a steak. We arrived with no wait. Took forever for food that was burnt and way over cooked and took 1 hour and 22 mins to get the cup of coffee I ordered when we sat down. This is the second time. Like if you can’t cook a steak don’t work at a steak house. Management was lacking as they stood in the pos area talking to severs having a good old time instead of managing the restaurant.

We were traveling back to New York and stopped in for dinner. The service was outstanding. Party of 7, we were seated quickly given plenty of bread. The food arrived quickly in a timely fashion. The waiter was attentive, and the drinks never ran out.

Not that great of an experience. We were made to stand in a numbered circle to wait to be seated due to not having a previous appointment. We were assigned to circle number three. There was another couple standing on circle number four. There was a couple that was standing on circle number two who were seated shortly after my wife and I arrived. Then another couple arrived and were assigned circle number two and were seated immediately. They did not have a previous appointment. Then a lady and a young girl arrived (without a previous appointment) and they were going to seat them immediately. At this point I pointed out that the people in circle number four and my wife were already wanting to be seated. Who came up with this silly circle arrangement? Maybe a manager could assist the young ladies at the desk with assigning seating to the customers. Maybe a piece of paper would work miracles when customers arrive so that they can cross off the numbers as customers are seated.

Food- steak tips were charcoaled and gravy place over to cover the black but manager replaced meal. Service- waitress not attentive- ordered waters no lemon-water had lemons. Ordered house salad with Cesar dressing got a Cesar salad, ordered baked potato with butter- got plain potato, no drink refills. She was busy cleaning other tables. Other waitresses around us cleaning- did ask one not to sweep beside use while eating. While eating another waitress behind us started cleaning blinds at window connected to our table. We asked for boxes for our remaining food and left.
