Placed an order with a pickup time one hour later. Showed up on time and was told “10-15 more minutes” twice. Food was ready 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Management needs to learn to manage time/resources more effectively to meet their commitments.

We ordered from you guys tonight and all 4 of us said that was one of the best hoagies we've had. Awesome job everyone! The spicy green beans were so good too!
