Service the first day was wonderful. The second day we were met with very unhappy workers and were made to suss out amongst the customers who's orders were who's. The bakery is nice but don't waste money on a breakfast sandwich.
Alison and all the girls have been amazing. We went everyday that we stayed at the resort a couple times a day and the service was great, the treats are delicious and overall we give it a 10! Also…. We desired a cookie and ice cream and they made it happen for us, even warmed up the cookie :).
Stopped by the Seven Springs ski resort for lunch and memories. Afterwards we perused Lodge and found this sweet gem. Had all sorts of fun desserts like ice cream, exceptionally decadent homemade strawberry “pop tarts,” fudge and all sorts of baked sugary treats. We were greeted warmly and they treated us like family. Bright and clean too. Great fun vibe.

Gingerbread Dreams is a sweet gem at Seven Springs resort. The service is wonderful, friendly, and attentive, with workers who treat customers like family. The bakery is nice and bright and clean, with a fun, unique vibe. Treats like ice cream are delicious and the star, and the homemade strawberry “pop tarts” are exceptionally decadent. Guests can get a cookie and ice cream warmed up. However, do not waste money on a breakfast sandwich. Overall, the experience is a 10. This parlor is the most convenient and delicious way to treat yourself.
