We ordered on line. There was a special with 10 free saucy nuggets with a minimum $10 order. We added the nuggets to our $22 order. When I picked it up the nuggets were not in the order. The staff, an elderly woman, said it didn't appear on the order and she had no control over the online ordering. I explained they were free so it shouldn't matter. She refused to honor the original order and said she can't give me anything that is free if it didn't come on the slip. Seriously?...read full review
the shamokin dam/selinsgrove location still only has drive through, you cannot go inside to order, which means waiting AT LEAST 45 mins to even order your food. if they want to keep dine in closed that’s fine, they want to require masks, fine but at this point there is zero reason to not allow us to walk inside and place an order to go. I will not be back until this changes and encourage everyone else to stay away until they open up for indoor ordering 🙄
Call ahead orders are a joke. Nothing like sitting in a car for over an hour for a mashed potato bowl. Complete crap.
