You can get ice cream in the middle and whipped cream on top...of a slushy! The staff is very clean and friendly. It's like God sent angelic choirs down from up on high to serenade and coalesce on your taste buds. Bringing all the pleasures of paradise to your mouth. This is no exaggeration. with the cost of everything increasing so much lately it's really great to see their prices are very reasonable. I mean for $6 or so you won't be sorry. It will give you a mouthgasm.

Small enough that I drove past it twice - but very glad I finally saw it.
The owner was closing up early, on account of the weather, but served me a big scoop of delicious Penn State Ice Cream anyway - I'll be back for more ice cream and to try a flavored ice. Thanks Joel!
