“We were traveling with a youth travel softball team and had an incredibly long day filled with rain delays and travel. By the time evening rolled around, our group of players and parents were tired, hungry, and struggling to find a place that could accommodate us. After being turned away by a local pub, we called Primanti Brothers—and from the very first phone call, we were treated like family.
The staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to welcome our group. They were more than accommodating, making sure everyone had what they needed, refilling drinks promptly, and creating a comfortable, friendly atmosphere for our players and parents. After such a long day, their kindness and hospitality truly meant a lot.
The service was exceptional, the food hit the spot, and the overall experience was one we’ll remember for all the right reasons. Thank you, Primanti Brothers in Chambersburg, for showing what great service looks like. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!“

“Very good food. Took about a hour and 20 minutes to get our food. Place was not busy, but from what she said there's only 2 chefs back there on the day we went. My food was very good. My girlfriends however was meh. You can tell it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while due to the top bun being burned. And he mash potatoes were getting to that hardish state if that makes sense. But other than that it was amazing time.“
