“I just wanna say a big thank you to the owners and employees of J&B’s. My father is sick fighting cancer in the hospital right now, he LOVES J&B’s breakfast. I came in last week and I didn’t even need to repeat his order that I hardly knew and was stressed about messing it up, the owner, knew immediately who my father was, knew his exact specific, kinda odd order, had it done in less than 5 mins and was wrapped in foil to keep it warm for my hour drive to Hershey. After all of that, she refused payment. And said “tell Uppie to get well and this is on us”. Truly meant the world to me. I just wanted to say thank you and you really helped my heart that day, and my dad’s spirits.”

“I was there today around 1:00. The girl behind the counter seems to be alone. There were a ton of orders on the screen, and she let me know my order would be a bit and offered me a refund. I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was having an awful day - but seeing how calm she stayed despite how many orders there were , and customers she was dealing with, and she did it with a smile and so calmly. It reset my frame of mind. If she could have tha much coming at her and still be so professional and positive then I needed to be the same way. She deserves more than this recognition for how great she handled today. I didn’t get her name- but will be back and looking for her again next time I go back. 5/5 stars for service, friendliness, and overall experience. Thank you so much., and don’t change.”

It used to be amazing service even had someone come around and make fresh guacamole, but The past few times that we’ve come it’s been around seven in the evening. They are not busy, but the waitresses are usually just playing around and on their phones while we sit and wait for Service.”

“I just got done going to Walmart and Shrewsbury and found a $5 bill in the parking lot. Went to Taco Bell there, told them I was a disabled and homeless veteran anything to eat I had $5.34 and they had me pull around. They asked if I wanted anything to drink as well and I was content with water but they gave me two bottles of water instead of tap water and filled the gallon container of water up for Dexter, not only were they kind and gave me what I asked, he gave me some coupons for free tacos and a free Nachos Bell Grande as well as some Nacho fries! I was honestly taken aback at their kindness and cannot explain to you how happy they made me! As I pulled into eat my food I just started crying. It's hard enough for me to ask these things bc I feel like I'm begging, but a closed mouth doesn't get fed. Literally... but they helped and they were happy to and it made me feel so special. I will always go to this place if I'm ever close to it! People should be smarter and Kinder like this because people can read these comments and other people of like mind will go to eat there to support people what kinds like this so it's a wise business idea even if you're doing it for strictly financial reasons because you're going to get more customers! And yes I am embarrassed by this picture because they look so foolish, but I almost never cry in life and you can tell I just had for about 30 seconds to a minute”

“I regret being hesitant for so long due to the negative reviews, because this is the best takeout Chinese food we’ve had in a long time! Everything was hot, crispy, had plenty of flavor, and was in big portions, I couldn’t ask for more. We didn’t get that heavy, greasy, tired feeling afterwards that we always seem to get, which was an added bonus.”

“Was at Shrewsbury branch today. Food delicious. My husband had the supreme chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese and a chocolate milkshake. I had grilled chicken nuggets and the chicken tortilla soup. Everything was delicious. The teenager running the register was fine, but no smiles or welcoming feeling came through. Ate there. The only thing negative that struck me was, the walls and the partitions beside the booths were dirty. There was dust, splashes of soda and sauce everywhere. This is not something I look for or normally notice so it had to be abundant.”

“Yesterday was our last time ordering from Sal's. We have had issues for the past year. I'm very disappointed because Sal's used to be my favorite restaurant for over a decade. However, I will not be suggesting your restaurant anymore. Our pizza was dry and burnt in the crust, the salad was bad, the chicken on it was also dry and had no flavor .. no dressing was packed in the bag, Additionally, the buffalo chicken wrap had watered down sauce buffalo sauce and maybe blue cheese dressing??? Not a crumble. The whole wrap was a soggy mess. It was a weekday order...early evening, not a busy time.”
