“This restaurant had been recommended for lunch on a Sunday. in April. My husband and I were immediately seated, we both ordered the Fish & Chips, and it was excellent as were the chips that were a cross between a potato chip and a fry, the coleslaw was awesome too! Two cons, the hanging plastic plants made the ambiance look very dirty and dated to me. There is no way those high hanging plants get cleaned. The service was very professional and swift. We were told they don't take American Express, for that reason alone we won't return, there are too many other restaurants that do take it so we may get our points. That is unfortunate for The Great American Saloon.“

“The food was amazing, I had the cream of crab soup, rolls, and shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and a soda. I was very impressed with the shrimp they were cooked well and very thick in size and tasted very flavorful. The service was excellent I was greeted at the door and seated right away. The waitress was very kind and very attentive to me the entire time I was there. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning very soon!Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair and the handicap parking is very nice and accessible to get in and out of. The isles in the restaurant are very nice and wide and easy to get through.“

Building could definitely be updated or at least deep cleaned with a fresh paint job. As you would expect in a seafood restaurant, always smells a little fishy and dank.“

The wait is sometimes longer than other fast food but that’s because everything is cooked fresh. I have never eaten something that felt like it’s been sitting. I’m obsessed with their chicken. If you get the breakfast platter sub out the sausage or bacon for a chicken filet. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Or get the 2 for $5 chicken biscuit sandwiches and add a side of sausage gravy. The chicken is always so moist and juicy. The batter is perfect ? Also, use the app to order. The rewards points are awesome. I get something free basically every time I order. If you happen to want something that you can’t customize on the app and you order through the drive thru, you can scan your receipt in the app and still get the points. This Hardee’s is killin it!“
