“This isn't the best pizza, but they have good customer service and are pretty fast. The delivery driver didn't have the sauce I paid for; he went back and got it for us. Which should be the normal thing to do, but so many places are just like oops sorry, too late now. I always get the build your own $6.99 deal, thin crust since the standard one is way too salty, but sometimes you have a craving for pizza and feeling lazy and they've come through better than other places in the area.“

“I don't know about other people but this is like my 20th visit here and it's always amazing. Greeted by name. Able to joke around with the owner and his son. Always super friendly and personal on the phone. And the food. Omg ? if you haven't had the hot roast beef you need to try it. ? absolutely ? and even accommodates my wife's allergies ? sooo for a mom and pop shop this place surpasses all other sub shops in the area“

“Parma Pizza is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with friendliness from the staff. But what truly sets Parma apart is not just their delicious food, but also the incredible dedication of owner Darren to the community. Whether it's supporting local events or simply going the extra mile to ensure everyone leaves with a smile, Darren's commitment shines through. And let's not forget- the pizza! Parma Pizza is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where great food and community come together. Highly recommended!“
