“Food is always amazing but I’m not quite sure what has happened with the help. It used to be amazing service even had someone come around and make fresh guacamole, but The past few times that we’ve come it’s been around seven in the evening. They are not busy, but the waitresses are usually just playing around and on their phones while we sit and wait for Service.“

“I can't speak to new china as a sit down restaurant but for takeout 5/5. Been ordering from new china for a while. Probably about 10 times in 3 years now. As far as the quality compared to the other 3 American Asian restaurants in shrewsbury, they are always the best.The meat is better compared to other restaurants, especially the chicken. Other places the "chicken" was mostly breading and soggy. New China has tender chicken, food is always fresh and hot when we pick up, order is always correct, and the prices are fair for fairly large portions. Veggies are always steamed or sautéed to perfection. They are nice on the phone.“

“I do like this place. Watched the Penn State football game there. Number 1, turn off the juke box during a big sporting event. I don't want to here you bull crap hip hop during the biggest college game in the USA. 2. There was a man who cussed and sweard the entire game and was never told by staff to STOP OR YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE. Really the staff failed to make the environment comfortable. I may never come back.“
