So we got our milkshakes and my sister said I would like the homestyle boneless bites and I said make it a double. The girl said both homestyle? We said yes, no Buffalo it's too hot. She said ok, Homestyle double order. I asked how long she said 5 minutes. We got 1 milkshake, another girl was trying to figure out how to make the other 2 milkshakes, 3 people are all served we are still waiting.Finally our 2 milkshakes are done the girl doesn't fill them to the top like they always are. She took what was left in the cup poured it in another cup it looked to be 2, to 2 and 1/2 inches went and put whipped cream on and came out put a scoop of ice cream on top and took it to the back for herself. So she basically took the milkshake that was supposed to be in our cup and kept it for herself. She even looked at us a few times and never said anything. 15 minutes later we get handed a double order of Buffalo. I said it's supposed to be homestyle. She just stared at me and I said look at the paper. She does she says OK 5 more minutes. I said don't forget it's a double order. OK yeah, She says. 15 minutes later, 1 order of homestyle. I said it's supposed to be 2. Another girl said I was only told to make 1. I said you know what? Just give me my money back I have to get on the road. She just stares at me and says OK. Then she goes and starts making ice cream for another customer. What's going on here? I have come here for years and this is the first time I had to deal with this. So I walk to the order window and asked again for my money back. She hesitated and then gave me my money back for the one order we didn't receive. What a nightmare. $6.67 for a milkshake that wasn't completely full and wrong chicken order. 3 different people total choas. 1 should have been making chicken, 1 should have been taking ice cream orders and 1 should have been doing the ice cream. Sheesh.”

“Been a Eagles member for half my life and I always enjoy visiting other clubs. Everyone is genuinely friendly and quick too laugh. The bartender was extremely friendly and fast to ask what we would like to have. Not the largest of the Eagles clubs in the area but still a wonderful place to relax with good company and a beer.”

“We have been there several times with no complaints until today. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. 15 minutes later still no drinks. I had to chase the waitress down to ask for them. $26 for a steak salad with cold steak and fries. I had to pick out the olives I asked not to have. We also got apple dumplings to go that were awful. The waitress said she would put the sauce for the dumplings in a separate container. When we got home, we discovered she didn't. Thumbs down today.”

“My mother and I came up on Friday for the gingerbread tour and stayed the night until the next day. We had dinner at the Clarion River Lodge as well as breakfast on Sat. morning. Our waiter on Friday evening for dinner was great and Eric the chef came out and spoke with me about my gluten allergies and what he would be able to make me to eat. He was great on the recommendations. We came back the next morning for breakfast and Eric came out again to tell me what he can make me. even though we arrived a little after 10:00 in the morning , we were the only ones there which was great and my compliments to the chef! Our waitress that morning was very sweet. The only thing that I recommend is making the coffee a little stronger. When I had breakfast, my coffee was pretty watered down. Other than that, no complaints. Love the atmosphere and all the rustic decor. I would love to be able to stay at the lodge here in the near future.”

I was expecting to be bleach misted at the entrance but it must not have been working? Great food though!”

“Had to change my review to a 5. I only rated low before because of prices at this location. Although a little more expensive than other Taco Bell’s, I always get a quality product from this store. Also, the last time I was there I had a lovely conversation with a worker that has worked there for 15 years. I don’t recall a name I just know her customer service was excellent and she deserves a raise!”

“I am shocked at the change I've seen at this location. My kids love BK and Brookville is the closest, but the service and quality of the food was so poor that we were on the verge of giving up on the place completely. But the new General Manager Kristi has really turned things around. We've talked to her a few times, and she is just the sweetest. The service has been far greater, and the food quality is leaps and bounds better than it was before. If you gave up on this restaurant already, I highly recommend giving them another shot. Kristi has really saved them.”
