“We had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, they were busy and right in the beginning they told us it might be a bit slower of service which was great communication and it really wasn’t slow in my mind. The owner was friendly and greeted everyone like family. Actually everyone felt like family in there- the atmosphere was amazing. Families, couples, older people, kids, everyone was there and it was nice! We had delicious food- chicken parm, a chicken lasagna with vodka sauce that was delicious and a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup! Bread was good too! We came here because we had a coupon but now we will be back more often! Thanks for providing excellent service and great food 👏🫶🏻”

“Bertha’s food is big as the name would suggest. Seriously—a small order of fries is enough for 2-3 people. But it’s also SO good. Their hot sandwiches are some of the best around. The wraps are on par with any other place I can think of. Just plan wisely. A large sandwich is your next three lunches, easily.”

“Customer service is out of this world! I ordered a 3 day cleanse last week and there was a misunderstanding when I went to pick it up in the morning. They actually brought it to my job so that I wouldn’t have to come back!! Things like that don’t happen anymore plus the names of the juices and other menu items are awesome and they taste great too! “In regards to the Sinking Spring Rita's... No problem with the food itself. But after waiting 25 minutes in line, I was greeted with super rude customer service. Ordered a watermelon gelati, small, took a breath to keep talking, but the girl already turned away and started making it in the back, before she knew what flavor custard I wanted. She made vanilla and another girl asked if that was all. I asked for a twist for my custard and the original girl said "it's already made" and I said "I didn't finish my order" and my partner said "can you make it again please" after she gave us silence. Then she said "next time say that when you order" and I said "you walked away." Then we paid and resumed our lives. She was ready to walk away before I even told her what size I wanted. At the very least ask what flavor custard I want if you thought I was done ordering, don't just walk away without knowing what the customer wants. Incredibly rude to then imply I have to take the wrong order simply bc you made it wrong. So to the short blonde chick working last night (04/28/24) at this location around 6:30pm, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say maybe you had a bad day or were stressed bc the line was long and you were busy; however, use this as a chance to reflect and learn how to manage your mouth and take accountability for your actions, esp at work, bc you were just unnecessarily rude when you were the one who messed up. Or just take the customers whole order first.”

We decided to dine in we ordered general tso and chicken fried rice it was 4/5 and it wasn't spicy. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was fresh and tasty 4/5. The spring rolls were 5/5. The rice could have been a bit more seasoned.”

The staffs are always friendly and the service is reliable. In all these years, I’ve never had a single issue with my orders—just great food and great experiences every time. “I’m in town for a few days. Stopped bye on a late Monday evening. Just before closing. Got the most incredible California Cheesesteak . So Good! Packed with meat sauce and the fixings ! Swung bye yet again on Tuesday after work. Same thing !!! Fries were hot and delicious. Hats off to management and nice friendly employees! See you again on my next travels !!”

“We stopped to get the kids something to eat quickly, midday Saturday (8/24). There was no one there when we pulled in. I'm assuming due to short staffing we had to wait for our food. But it was worth it. All the food was hot and fresh. The people who were working were friendly and helpful. Probably the best Wendy's experience I have had in a long time! “We just ate here the food was DELICIOUS. Their kimchi was out of this world.The ramen was delicious.We had two different ones as a combo and the combo was the seafood pancake and the spicy wings. I would give this ten stars”
