“We had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, they were busy and right in the beginning they told us it might be a bit slower of service which was great communication and it really wasn’t slow in my mind. The owner was friendly and greeted everyone like family. Actually everyone felt like family in there- the atmosphere was amazing. Families, couples, older people, kids, everyone was there and it was nice! We had delicious food- chicken parm, a chicken lasagna with vodka sauce that was delicious and a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup! Bread was good too! We came here because we had a coupon but now we will be back more often! Thanks for providing excellent service and great food 👏🫶🏻”

“The first thing we noticed was the vibe. Nice atmosphere, not too loud and the feel of an Irish Pub.

Our server Zaire was 5 stars from the water glasses to dessert. He's a keeper.

The food was outstanding. The worst part was seeing what everyone else was eating too. Every plate that came out looked off the hook outstanding.

“Ordered takeout. Great food, but please tell patrons up front that there is a surcharge for using a credit or debit card. When it was time to pay, the young man working the counter took my card and asked if I wanted to add a tip, which I happily said “Yes, add $5.00”. When I got my receipt from the credit card machine I noticed a $2.00 difference from the total at the front register. After asking him why, he pointed to a small, handwritten note taped on the front counter disclaiming the surcharge. Please, please have your folks mention this before taking their cards so patrons have the option.”

“In regards to the Sinking Spring Rita's... No problem with the food itself. But after waiting 25 minutes in line, I was greeted with super rude customer service. Ordered a watermelon gelati, small, took a breath to keep talking, but the girl already turned away and started making it in the back, before she knew what flavor custard I wanted. She made vanilla and another girl asked if that was all. I asked for a twist for my custard and the original girl said "it's already made" and I said "I didn't finish my order" and my partner said "can you make it again please" after she gave us silence. Then she said "next time say that when you order" and I said "you walked away." Then we paid and resumed our lives. She was ready to walk away before I even told her what size I wanted. At the very least ask what flavor custard I want if you thought I was done ordering, don't just walk away without knowing what the customer wants. Incredibly rude to then imply I have to take the wrong order simply bc you made it wrong. So to the short blonde chick working last night (04/28/24) at this location around 6:30pm, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say maybe you had a bad day or were stressed bc the line was long and you were busy; however, use this as a chance to reflect and learn how to manage your mouth and take accountability for your actions, esp at work, bc you were just unnecessarily rude when you were the one who messed up. Or just take the customers whole order first.”

“Customer service is out of this world! I ordered a 3 day cleanse last week and there was a misunderstanding when I went to pick it up in the morning. They actually brought it to my job so that I wouldn’t have to come back!! Things like that don’t happen anymore plus the names of the juices and other menu items are awesome and they taste great too! Definitely will be back 😊”

We decided to dine in we ordered general tso and chicken fried rice it was 4/5 and it wasn't spicy. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was fresh and tasty 4/5. The spring rolls were 5/5. The rice could have been a bit more seasoned.”

“I’m in town for a few days. Stopped bye on a late Monday evening. Just before closing. Got the most incredible California Cheesesteak . So Good! Packed with meat sauce and the fixings ! The staffs are always friendly and the service is reliable. In all these years, I’ve never had a single issue with my orders—just great food and great experiences every time. “Long time take out customer, first time dine-in recently. Their pizza reminds me of a pizza place I used to go to in Manhattan, crispy crust with the little pepperonis that curl up real nice! Their #14 special hoagie is AMAZING. Not many places can come up with a sandwich of that quality. Inside is very clean and the staff/customer service is the best, curtious and fast!!! A nice family owned business that cares about the future and legacy of that restaurant.”
