Tried out Uncle Jay's and you should too! We had the brisket, sausage, along with ribs, for take out, and all were delicious. All the meats were tender, flavorful, and packaged beautifully too! We've chased barbecue all over the country, and some of the best is right down the road! We will certainly be back!
I’m BEYOND happy Uncle Jay’s BBQ opened up at the Slatington Farmers Market. Quick lunch & early dinner spot with fresh food is everything you need while wandering the farmers market. Uncle Jay’s BBQ hits the spot every time!
Stopped by the Slatington Farmers Market and grabbed some Uncle Jay’s BBQ. The Pulled Pork sandwich with a side of Mac and Cheese. Pulled pork was great and really enjoyed the BBQ sauce. Give it a try when you stop in next time.
