My husband and I stop for breakfast we ordered off the menu. The lady stated we do not have biscuits and you cannot put vanilla syrup in your hot coffee. It’s only for cold coffee. I also asked for Splenda and cream in my coffee. Look I love BK...today was the first time I came through and whoever is running the window sounded miserable to be there. Poor customer service. I mean sometimes I get the wrong order only at this location. Which is ok IDC..but the manager Theresa is a sweetheart she is the only one who asks if I need salt pepper or ketchup no one else there does.
