“Came in right at, more like after closing time. 10yr old son spent birthday all day in a gym for brothers wrestling tournament, only request was a tea. The young lady Kiera saw he was upset and asked why, we told her about his birthday and request. She not only made him his drink request but also covered it for his “birthday present”. We tried to pay her, or at least give her a tip. She denied both requests and was happy to make his day!!!! She is a wonderful person. Her parents should be proud and her bosses/supervisors at the Grove City outlets should know how kind and good she is!!!“
