I think the food here is great when it's done well, but I've had occasions where my food just came out and some of the chicken was already cold. I've also had issues with waiting a long time to get my food at night when only a few other people were in front of my order. I do love the mild wings though.
Communication during order was horrible. Was told wait would be 30-45 minutes, I had to call them an hour plus in just for an update. Doesn't help the delivery guy didn't even call me when he was at my building, so he left with my order. This should be a 1 star review if it wasn't for the great manager at the establishment.
