We didn't even know this place existed. It is tucked in a little strip mall in Smoketown which we go by every time we are on our way to the beach. Very pleased with the food and drinks. I love the uniqueness of the food and Aussie flair. It's super cute inside and very clean. The only downside is, the host never told us that we had to order the food at the counter. So we sat for awhile before someone finally said we need to order at the counter. The barista was very friendly. I definitely recommend trying it out, even if you just stop for a drink.
Kid-friendliness: They had a lot of options for kids. My son had the chicken tenders and fries which tasted delicious and he got so many w/ french fries. My son loved the smoothie!

Great place for healthy options or if you have dietary restrictions. As a gluten-free vegetarian, it was nice to see I had several options to choose from. The iced blackberry and mint green tea was a wonderful drink, plus the power bowl and burrito bowl were enjoyed by several people. Only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Seeing as how packed the place was, this is obviously a go-to spot for many people, and I can see why!

The lunch bowls are great and it is a friendly, charming place. The only surprise for us: order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. The service was fast and we enjoyed our meal.

This is one of the best places I’ve had brunch in Lancaster! Everything tasted so fresh and well prepared. The ordering process is you get seated a table and then order in the front when you’re ready, they’ll bring out your order! I think this was nice as splitting the bill can be complicated. Staff were nice too! The island greens smoothie was too good, it didn’t taste like they added sugar to it which was great for me because it brings out the ingredients more. My personal dish was the Pulled Pork Bennie, every part of it was very yummy & tender with the pork. The sauce was also amazing with the Benedict eggs. French toast was good too, the caramel on the side brought a nice sweetness. I also tried a sip of the beet latte and A.M. Rush hour. The beet latte which my friend loves was not for me as it reminded me of a candle, but the A.M. Rush Hour was good not too sweet at all. I would definitely be back!

It's counter-service, but they also have a hostess who seats you at a table which is a little odd, but its nice that its organized. The space is really nice with real plants everywhere and fun pictures of Australia on the walls. I didn't even know it was Australia-themed, but then I got excited. Unfortunately, I didn't see any beetroot on the burgers or vegemite for the toast, but there was some Australian flare on the menu. The coffee was all delicious and I was happy with my smoothie too. Our food was very "cute", but it was slightly undersized so some people might want to order bonus items if they expect to walk away with a full belly.

Really enjoyed this welcoming little cafe, with unique and healthy flavors. The curry, the kale salad, and the truffle fries were all amazing! So was the beet, going berry, chai drink. Highly recommend!

WOW! I was not expecting to love Hudson Botanical as much as I did as I’m more drawn to a homey breakfast (pancakes/eggs/bacon diner combo).
However, my husband and I started our breakfast with the Summer in Australia Smoothie and the cappuccino. I ordered the smoothie and found it to be the perfect consistency and delicious! Would absolutely recommend. For my meal I ordered the Roll breakfast sandwich (bacon, chive scrambled eggs, hash brown, pickles, American cheese, house greens, ketchup and aïoli on a brioche roll). Again, WOW the flavors were fantastic and yes the sandwich had a hashbrownon it! Even though I finished it I didn’t feel overly stuffed. My husband and I shared the truffle fries and I don’t have enough good things to say! They were fantastic and worth the splurge. My husband got the Pulled Pork Bennie and devoured it and I had a few bites myself and found it fantastic. Overall, I would absolutely recommend checking out Hudson Botanical. If you have a larger group you may have a bit of a wait time on the weekend.

Has become part of our restaurant rotation for breakfast and lunch. The portions are generous and the food is consistently good. One of my fave drinks is the cold brew latte pictured. The kids menu is great also.
Kid-friendliness: The tables are large enough to accommodate kids and their toys/activities
