“This is a real gem of a place. The atmosphere was nice and the food was so good. We loved the variety of drinks and all of the fresh, heavily veggie dishes. It can be hard sometimes to find veggie focused dishes at restaurants, but the menu had plenty of options (and the options to add proteins).”

“If you are getting pizza stick with the regular (not pan), and get takeout not delivery. We got a regular pepperoni and it was great. The pan pizza toppings were stuck to the delivery box and fell off the bread even after cooling off. The main reason for losing two stars is to find out after ordering that Uber delivers the food. It took an hour on a weeknight to get the delivery even when we were quoted less time. We could track the order and the driver took over 20 min to get to the store. The food was no longer fresh when we got the order.”

I watched them train a new employee to do the same! Pinch and pull the dough- enough sauce, but not too much. Carefully and skillfully place all ingredients! final inspection before the fire and then another after. Watch for this and that before you serve. Pizza will. ever to the same for me.”

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! “Stopped in during a conference and was blown away. The barista, Blaze, was incredibly friendly, seriously knew his stuff, and made the best latte art I've personally seen (four different designs in one morning!). The espresso was the best I've had in PA thus far, and the drip coffee was easily on par with my own pourovers at home. Also got a blueberry lavender scones that was as good as they come.

The spot is small, with very little seating, but I honestly found that charming. Maybe I'd have felt differently if I weren't there right at opening!

If I lived in Lancaster, I'd be here daily -- but for my wallets sake, it's probably best I'm so far away!”

“I’ve visited the creamery at the farm and in their store. This is the best ice cream I’ve eaten!! I also had a pastry for breakfast. I think was called a rolled pastry or similar. It has several layers of ham and cheese inside a really tasty buttery pastry that looks like a French croissant. It was delicious!!”
