Driving through town traveling and stopped in for a burger and a beer. Such wonderful people that work there (Donna) and the patrons. Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! We had the Bacon Bleu Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger, side of fries (a ton), the "Lisa" hot dog (crumbled Bleu cheese, hot sauce and french fries). Amazing! We've never been more welcomed in a small, home town bar! We even left with some homemade sauerkraut! You won't be disappointed!
Such a wonderful place! My husband and I were mid-road trip when we needed a place to stop and rest. Called Bean Dog’s and were an hour before open. Dave, the owner, opened up the doors for us and allowed us to come inside! Beers were cold and refreshing, and he made us an out of this world burger and fish sandwich. Best of all was how warm and kind a place this is. I wish we had one near home. Looking forward to coming again when we’re over your way, Dave! Thank you so much!
The food is surprisingly good! Had the triple play and the chicken tenders were super crunchy and moist. The burger was flavorful and delicious. The husban had the coney dog and was equally pleased. Will definitely return on our next trip thru Pennsylvania.
