“They have a kiosk where you order your food. I never particularly liked ordering food through kiosks because of the complexity that they provide. I would much rather order my food with a person to be sure that it is done properly.Food preparation and delivery were just fine but can't give a five-star service when there's lacking interaction at the get go.“
“Most customers are using the drive thru however, I do both in and then take out. Unfortunately, the burgers are only slightly warm and not hot as, I think they're only microwaving the burger meat itself and by the time I eat inside too, frequently, it's become cold by the time I get my drink and sit down. As, I'm sure everyone can microwave the burgers at home this doesn't present a big problem for take out customers who appear to be driving home after work. When the burgers are hot the charbroiled flavor is more distinct and eating only warm to cold burgers isn't the same as hot ones.
Kid-friendliness: Yes as we know they still have those burger king crowns for the kids.
