Burger King in Morgantown

“I have to say, the new comeback commercial was pretty convincing, and that's coming from someone who hasn't had Burger King since high school (2005) because it was just meh.

The restaurant looked very nice inside. The staff were busy, but I had no problem using the kiosk to order. When our food came we were missing an item but the service member quickly apologized and got us our remaining item. I don't get hung up something missing, etc, like others because it happens... But it's the workers response that determines the total experience.

The food was fresh and I about the double whopper was tasty. No smashed burger with disproportionate toppings. Overall we were very happy with the mean and will likely be returning.“

“Can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's really well assembled, correct and fresh other times it is not. It's usually a decent wait to get your food even if you placed the order through the app. Can score some good deals, so that is a plus. I wish the Melts would come back those are the best.“

“For this Burger King being in a gas station they always are on top of their food and they're very friendly. I have never had my order messed up or It prepared poorly.

With food itself is Burger King food so you know what that is but this Burger King in general is always a safe choice for me.“

“The staff was friendly. The food was Good. The one issue I had was I was on crutches and it had been raining out that morning and coming in the doors if you got off the rug my crutches would slide like crazy and back by the restroom the rug must be wet because coming off of it was slippery also. Something with the coating on the flooring.“

“Seems clean girl that works the front is cool but food wasn't fresh and my bacon king had 3 pieces of bacon instead of 6. And the cook in the back couldn't be bothered to stop staring at me relentlessly with a zoned out expression on his face so that was pretty weird. Usually the place has fresh food and good vibes though“

“My husband and I was picking up door dash order. My husband and Bill the gentleman that came to the pickup window and was wanting on the order to get done. My husband asked Bill what time they closed, Bill said that they was closed at 11pm. We was there 3 minutes before they closed. My husband said I want to know because he was going to order two whopper with cheese if it wasn't too last. Well I never would have guessed what happened next. Bill being the sweetest person. He put in our order not complaining about the extra few(5 minutes later). And we got sandwiches and Bill was just as nicest as we first pulled up to the window as we left. Bill if you reading this I would like to say thank you to you and your Mother and Father You guys did a great job with your son be very proud. You are a great man and be proud. Thank you.
