Slowest service ever. Waited 30 minutes for our order to be fulfilled. Only one worker on expo who moved with zero hustle. They need to get more people on shift and managers need to hold the expo servers accountable. Throughput on orders was slower than one order ever two minutes. Completely unacceptable from a fast food restaurant, especially in a rest stop where people want to get back on the road.

Ordered food from kiosk around 615pm Was informed the Mild Batch will be made in 10 minutes A few people Ordered after me with The Same Order. Another set of people in groups of two and three Ordered after me. I waited an additional 10 minutes before I asked for a refund. The manager proclaimed He understood my patience and said he would grant a refund immediately. No refund appeared days later I felt racially profiled because I stood out from the others.

Slow 🐌 service. It's fast food... super slow fast food. Was only few people in front of me.

Don’t buy from here. They 5 pice tender + 2 biscuits + mash potatoes + coleslaw + fried pickles 34$. They say because I didn’t say combo they make me pay separately for everything.

This Popeyes is located inside a travel stop. It's clean and comfortable to enjoy your food or take a break from driving. The only issue I had with Popeyes was that my food was cold and dry. The three piece chicken was dry and tasted like it been sitting out all day. I was in a rush so I didn't bother to make an issue about it.

Stay away from here during lunch at all cost. People waiting a hour for food. Keep driving!!!! Burger King was just as long of a wait. Completely understaffed. A mob of people cheer any time someone gets food.

Ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich Regular combo ($13.99) with a coleslaw side and lemonade.
Lemonade and coleslaw were too sweet, too much sügar.
Popeye’s chicken sandwich was delicious. It’s crispy, but it’s not dried out. And the seasoning, it’s so flavorful.
Cashier G. S. was polite & professional & the food arrived fast.
Unsure which restaurant kiosk’s responsibility is to refill cup lids at the self-serve soda fountain, but the smaller lid holder was empty. I opened the lower cabinet below to restock them myself.

The service was quicker than usual. The French fries were rancid. The first bite I took i immediately spit out. Threw the rest in the trash. Won't be back.

Upon placing our order we noticed that water was being sprayed from the kitchen under the fryers to the front counter area. Totally unacceptable to be performing this cleaning detail with food exposed that is being offered to customers during dinner hour. Water spraying grease, paper debris and old food crumbs everywhere!! Turned off by what I saw that I took my purchase, which was incorrect, by the way, uneaten and threw it in the trash where it belonged. Absolutely repulsive!!!
