This is a terrible restaurant and the banquet hall part is worse. The food is vile, the staff are disinterested. Don't go there if you xan avoid it.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, while our motorhome was being repaired over at Bergy Truck. What a pleasant surprise! We were met by a very pleasant host, and then again by a very pleasant waitress and things only went up from there. The salad bar was amazingly fresh, our food was delivered quickly, very hot, and everything was very fresh. The rolls were light and fluffy, and the soup out of this world. The restaurant was nicely decorated, and meticulously maintained. We would highly recommend this restaurant as a wonderful family experience.

Our family usually goes there atleast once or twice a month for Sunday breakfast buffet. Quick and easy and we all get to be together. Food is always delicious.

Wow. We found ourselves trying this place after seeing a late afternoon show at DCP Theatre in Telford. They were marked on Yelp! as having many vegetarian options, so my vegetarian husband was especially eager to try out this restaurant. We will arrive early for evening shows in the future so that we can eat here again. We were initially seated on the left side of this very large restaurant and, after inspecting the buffet on the opposite side, asked to be moved in order to be closer to the buffet. They were perfectly accommodating. My husband ordered two soups, an entrée (chicken Parm), and a couple of sides from their surprisingly large vegan menu. It isn't a huge selection, but compared to almost every non-Asian restaurant, it was quite large. He was very happy with his food, but wished there were vegan desserts to choose from. He went with the sticky bun sundae with a caramel drizzle and liked it, but was too full to finish it. I went with the buffet and couldn't have been happier. I didn't partake of the several bread selections or large salad bar, and I'm glad I didn't because that left more room for the wonderful hot fare. The brisket was tasty and tender, as was the roast beef. I got second helpings of both the brisket and the stuffed shells. The fried gnocchi was interesting, and the macaroni and cheese reminded me slightly of my mother's (and that is a big complement.) If there were any flakes in the mashed potatoes, they did a good job of hiding it. I rounded out my meal with an onion ring, some broccoli, a red bliss potato, and some green beans almondine. There was an interesting drink selection, as well, but I only ventured a sip of the Mandarin cardamom juice. Interesting, but not something I would want a full glass of. Unlike many buffets I have been to, this one had a great selection of desserts, and those choices were offered in small enough portions that I didn't feel too guilty about trying two different ones (the brownies and the cherry cheesecake); both were delicious. Our server was very pleasant, and checked on us an appropriate number of times, and our table was bussed in a timely manner so that we weren't sitting with dirty dishes on the table. The lighting was just right--not too bright and not too dim. The dining area, buffet, and women's bathroom were all neat and clean, and there were a few pretty Christmas decorations around the restaurant and entry area. We easily found handicapped parking, but the parking lot was rather full due to there being two banquets on-site on this particular Saturday night a couple of weeks before Christmas. There is even a gift shop but it had closed before we arrived. We really look forward to the Franconia Heritage Restaurant.

As a truck driver I'm always looking for a good place to eat. Truck stops are to expensive for the quality and quantity of the food you get. I love going to the Franconia Heritage Restaurant. The people are nice, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. As a matter of fact I'm on my way there now..
