Jayla was a superstar. My mom does not get out much anymore and she asked that I take her for coffee. I didn't know that this new Starbucks was only a few minutes from her house. We stopped on our way home to get coffees to share and Jayla was cheerful and funny! She made the whole day perfect for my mom. And the coffee was great too.
Jayla is pure human sunshine! Her customer service skills are on point and she has a beautiful smile and disposition! You can't help but drive away feeling a bit more happier than when you started.
Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many. Hannah was truly exceptional. I ordered a traveler to bring to hospital staff - Hannah went above and beyond to make it special.
