Something is going on with this Wendy's not sure what. Last time we went they were "closed for training" (never heard of that, thought fast food places did on the job training) this time the inside was closed and only the drive through was open ( looked like there was only one or two people working). I guess all the people they trained decided to not stay. This would explain why we don't eat here very often, whereas we used to eat at the Wendy's in Doylestown...
I don't write many reviews, but I do when I feel like it is well deserved. I had a small mix up with my order when it was extremely busy. I called and spoke to Sarah. Sarah was so kind and professional. I went in today and all of the staff was friendly. They apologized even though it truly was no big deal. The establishment was very clean. I don't think these employees get enough respect and credit. Thank you for all that you guys do.
