“This is not a sit down/order restaurant. You go up to order and it is brought to your table. Staff is friendly and while we were there for breakfast, there was a constant line. Not unbearable but nonetheless, a line to order. Food quality was good. Two eggs, bacon & fruit cup with water was approx $16.00. Easily accessible and close to shops.“

“The interior has a cafe feel but the food options are better than some restaurants. Amazing find, recommend the steak and Moroccan tea as must tries. Very juicy beef and the tea had so many different herbs and spices added

2nd visit: the Moroccan tea had a different fruit in it but had the same great taste, I also ordered the steak and confirmed that medium rare is my go to“

“Brie was our Barista! Made an amazing oatmilk latte. I've had these before but this one was different. creamy and delicious! She told me the oatmilk isn't found in the stores around there. They get it special. Along with that I enjoyed a toasted perfectly thick cut sourdough sandwich with salmon and house made bacon horseradish cream cheese. It was amazing. The hubs had a Moroccan Mint tea and a delicious bagel. We will be back for sure. If you haven't been it's a must!“

“The food is amazing and staff is always friendly. Its our favorite place for breakfast food, but the space is too small to accommodate how many people come in on Saturdays and Sundays. Wait time can be over an hour, and when you finally sit the wait staff is so busy running around to other tables it's hard to get there attention. We have had to leave to go find somewhere else multiple times because the wait is outrageous. They need a bigger location and more staff! Love the pancakes 🥞“

“I went to New Hope and stopped at Starbucks to get a drink. The place is really nice and has an extremely comfy room in the back. It is big enough for 2-3 families along with the front having about 4 seats.

The service was nice and the drinks were made properly.

“Me and my husband stopped in on Saturday night. As soon as we walking in the employees made us feel like we have been coming here for years. Keep in mind this was our 1st visit. I ordered the Gluten Free Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. Mike (I’m pretty sure that was his name he did tell me) came out and told me I was the 1st non family member to order this. Let me just say I will 1000% be back this weekend for another one! He took so much pride in making our food and even showed another customer how good it looked. This was the best! Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. You are all SO SWEET! More importantly you’re really nice to the two dogs I usually have in the car too which is more important to me than a correct order. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! Most starbucks locations I go to, the people at the window are so rude but this one is always polite, says “thank you” (rare nowadays), and genuinely seems happy to help you. I am certain some of your customers give you a hard time, but there are some of us who are thankful for you all!!“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

“I’ve been a long time customer of this place prior to 2020. Any chance I was willing to drive 40 mins just for a smoothie I would. As a strict organic gluten free sugar free soy free vegan with many food allergies going out is often a chore. I loved this place. But I have noticed a change in decor it seems more cold and the pre bottled juices seem to be diluted or sat for way too long and separated. When Kelly was the owner it seemed warmer in the store. Altho the smoothies and smoothie bowls still seem to be the same quality. Just a bit sad about the bottled juice. But I’m glad this place still exists and support this business as much as I can. It’s the only place I can go and feel “normal” when I order. Also they seemed to change the bowl container to some sort of plastic. I much rather the papery ones more eco friendly which matters to me. But I definitely still recommend this place to everyone.

I just want to say since new owner ship they never pick up their phone when they are supposed to be open. It’s a far drive and I want to make sure they are open. This has happened multiple times. Just checking hours since the seasons have changed. But apparently no one answers.“

“My boss sent me to get a Frappuccino we 1st saw on FB. He said it couldn’t be done. I begged to differ! Have 3-4 Starbucks around me but I chose Ridge n Butler Pike. Glad I did! 1st barista took order AFTER I showed her pic of what I needed. 2nd barista came up and advised her to put this on and that on and so forth. 3rd barista started making it. 2nd barista was like “one second.. hold my cup fam.. I got this..” and went to WORK on my custom Vanilla Bean with some type of strawberry purée and white Mocha! I’m telling you... it was well worth it! Those baristas were on point! Apparently all you gotta do is ASK!“
