Staff was very nice. Vegetarian pho was disappointing, veggies were minimal and disappointing , the tofu was not fried. Pho didn’t come with hoison or sriracha. Broth was good but I don’t think I’ll order again.
This restaurant has the best pho I have ever had. Unfortunately though, it seems they do not hire many workers. Most of the time, they are not serving their whole menu due to “staff shortage” that they have seemed to have for awhile and has never been solved. It is very slow service, especially if there is a lot of people since they only have one waiter. I always come back to this place because they do have good food quality, however the service really drags the rating down...
